Lynn Zettler, PCC

President, Co-Founder

Lynn Zettler founded CORE IMPACT COACHING, Inc. (formerly LifeAction Coaching), an Executive and Professional Coaching firm serving business owners, and C-suite and corporate professionals, in 2006.  Leveraging from her 20-year corporate and leadership experience from The Dow Chemical Company, and Coach University training, Lynn partners with clients to develop their leadership and communication styles, while aligning with their integrity and vision.

With a specialty in effective communications, Lynn engages organizations through workshops and trainings related to topics such as: Leading With Influence, Core Values at Work, The One Page Business Plan® (Lynn is a Certified Senior One Page Business Plan Consultant), and many others.  She has worked with companies such as Dow AgroSciences, Eli Lilly, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), The Dow Chemical Company, The American Chemical Society, Consultant firms, CPA firms, nonprofits and numerous other organizations throughout the U.S.

Lynn graduated from Coach University in 2008 and received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the same year. In 2011, Lynn was additionally awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the ICF.

Prior to coaching, Lynn received a B.S. in Chemistry and a Patent Agent Certification from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Lynn has written over 80 patent applications, led the Intellectual Property Portfolio Development Team at Dow AgroSciences and managed the global patent portfolios for several Dow Chemical businesses.

In addition to coaching, Lynn volunteers and holds the position of Founder and President of Women for Change Coaching Community, a non-profit coaching organization for financially challenged women; is former President of the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Coach Federation, current member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Coach Federation, and is on the Board of the National Association of Women Business Owners here in Indianapolis where she was named Member of the Year in 2011.

Passionate about people and organizational culture for more than 20 years, Amber has grown two things: people and money.  With experience in leadership development, training, human resources, customer experience, and project management across sales and marketing and operations teams in the agriculture, healthcare and financial services sectors driving results and revenue, she sets a vision for success, connecting with people helping them and the organization move forward.

Currently a Human Resources Manager with Dow AgroSciences, Amber is also an active leader of employee resource groups promoting STEM outreach (Science Ambassadors), inclusion (GLAD), and leadership development (Leadership Challenge Workshop).

Additionally, Amber maintains a private coaching practice, Dynamic Strategies Coaching, and is an engaging speaker and seasoned facilitator.

Amber is a member of the Out & Equal Indiana Leadership Council, the Lambda Legal Indiana Benefit Host City Committee, and a founding member of Supportive People of Theatre Students (SPOTS) with Pendleton Players.

Amber holds degrees from Ball State University, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is wildly proud of her daughter, Peyton, a senior at Hanover College…Go Panthers!

Andrea Riffey, CPA

Andrea Riffey is a Manager in the Real Estate and Tax Teams at Somerset CPAs, P.C. in Indianapolis, Indiana, where her focus has been in becoming a trusted advisor to her clients in the areas of taxation, accounting and financial consulting.  While Andrea has worked extensively with real estate developers, owners, managers and brokers to facilitate their wealth preservation and compliance needs, she also has experience with a variety of clientele in service industries, construction, multi-state, and trust and estate taxation.

She is a member and has volunteered with the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society where she recently completed a 5 year series with the Emerging Leaders Alliance and Leadership Cabinet.  Andrea has a Masters in Professional Accountancy (MPA) from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University West Lafayette.  She was awarded a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2009.

Andrea is a past Board Member of IndyFeral leading up to the non-profit’s merger with F.A.C.E. Low-Cost Spay/Neuter.  She is passionate about causes for animal welfare, education and economic empowerment.  In addition to W4C3, she has been a continuing supporter of F.A.C.E., IndyHumane, Gift of Water, the Arts Council of Indianapolis, the Alzheimer’s Association and the United Way of Central Indiana.

Cornelia Shipley, PCC, BCC, ELI-MP is a nationally recognized executive coach, speaker and strategic planner with over 20 years’ experience training individual and executive clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Utilizing her extensive background in strategic planning, sales training, and corporate HR, Cornelia founded 3C Consulting, a leadership development firm where she and her team reach thousands of professionals annually guiding them through the formulation, implementation, and sustainability of leadership development, strategic planning, and work place change initiatives.

Cornelia was awarded the Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC) by the International Coach Federation in 2009 and is a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership. Leaders at organizations including The Kellogg Foundation, Comerica Bank, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Merck, Edward Jones, University of Michigan, Northwestern University, General Motors, Jujitsu Films, Solaris Filmwerks, YMCA, Internal Revenue Service, and Black Entertainment Television have leveraged Cornelia’s expertise to take their results to the next level.

An eight time speaker for multinational information technology corporation, Hewlett-Packard, her audio programs ‘Affirmations for Positive Living’ and ‘Brand Equity – Don’t Leave Your Image to Chance’ have proven to be valuable teaching aids to audiences as part of their ongoing development in all stages of their life and career.

Cornelia is a member of the corporate coaching faculty for consulting, auditing & risk management firm Deloitte LLP and GlaxoSmithKline North America, and a faculty member for ICF accredited coach training programs Coaching4Clergy and Coaching4Business. Cornelia currently serves on the Board of Advisors for a leadership training organization for high school girls in Detroit, MI, as a Board Member for Women For Change Coaching Community, and is an executive coach for the Enterprising Health Fellowship Program.

A member of the 2013 Faculty for the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute, Cornelia maintains several local association memberships, and has served on the Board of Directors for the National INROADS Alumni Association. Cornelia also serves as a Supervisor Coach for the University of Wisconsin Continuing Studies Professional Life Coaching Certificate program.

Cornelia studied business and leadership in Australia and Asia, and received her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Board Member At Large

Kristen Lampkin, MBA is a Human Resource Professional connecting Finish Line with top talent. She has been working in human resources for 6 years focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. Her motto is, “I am COMMITTED to showing you the BEST me, while bringing out the BEST you!” Kristen is member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, SHRM, and IndySHRM. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Ball State University Telecommunication Department, a Board Member for Women for Change Coaching Community, and the Director of Diversity and Inclusion on the IndySHRM Board.

Kristen received her MBA from Kaplan University and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus in Interpersonal Communications from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She enjoys spending time with her love ones and giving back to the community.


Marilynn Scherer


As Vice President of Fixed and Fixed Indexed Product Management, Marilynn is responsible for product development and profitability within those lines of business. Marilynn has over 30 years of industry experience with a breadth of knowledge in the following disciplines: marketing, product management, customer service, operations management and relationship management. She joined Jackson National Life Distributors in March 2004 as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and served in both AVP and VP roles in the Annuity Support Unit prior to her promotion to her current role. Before joining Jackson, Marilynn spent 23 years with Lincoln National Life. Marilynn graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in journalism and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 26 and 63 registrations. She also holds the CLU, ChFC, CASL, ADPA and CFS certifications. Marilynn is a past board member of SCAN (Stop Child Abuse and Neglect), Fort Wayne, Indiana. She volunteers with Alyssa Cares Foundation, Denver, Colorado, and is a strong supporter of Marilynn is married and lives with her partner and their two cats, in Parker, Colorado.

Nandita Guha is Senior Legal Counsel with Roche Diagnostics. She supports global operations of the Diabetes Care division of Roche involving diabetes management solutions, research & development, manufacturing, regulatory, quality and procurement. She has been with Roche Diagnostics for nearly 10 years and has approximately 20 years of legal experience. Prior to Roche, her legal experience spanned public, private, and corporate realms. Nandita is a past volunteer with the Y at the Athanaeum for nearly 15 years and past board member of the Christamore House. She is dedicated mother and proud of her two children, Ethan and Sonia.
